Stopped at several different dealers before finally heading out to Coaldale on a whim. Service was excellent from first contact when we walked in the door. Our sales person Amanda was top notch. Asked questions up front and listened to our needs. Showed us trailers in our price range which was nice. The other dealerships all tried showing us things that were just too expensive. The financing department worked hard to get us a great rate and remained transparent throughout. Even answered all of my questions in quick time as we went through the whole process. All hands on deck for our pick up day as we were walked through our new trailer, helped to install the hitch and hook up. Made sure we understood everything as it happened. This is a great spot to have any RV work done.  The staff here are all great.  From the front desk to the mechanical workers, everyone we interacted with was on the ball.  They even replaced AC units for models they don't sell without issue.
I found their pricing to be very fair and they were accommodating with service dates.

Horrible experience, should never have purchased from them. My 82 year old mom bought a Cottage Creek Parkmodel last September 2024, and paid for the on site repair package. There’s been a ton of problems with the brand new unit, her fridge went and it took them 5 months to replace. She was so stressed living out of coolers and trying to get everything dealt with we worried she was going to have a heart attack! A few other issues have been fixed by another RV service guy not affiliated with Cottage Creek. Then we fixed the leaking window ourselves, but the love seat/ theatre seating has been broken from the beginning, and the repair guy looked at it and said it couldn’t be
fixed, it needed to be replaced. We have talked/dealt with a few people at Prairie Sky, then nothing happened. I finally called and was emailed a response 3 or 4 months ago saying they were waiting to get the part to fix the theatre seating. I responded that we were told it couldn’t be fixed. Never heard back. I have emailed 2 more times since. Nothing! I have called, only to be brushed off with someone will contact you. Again, nothing! Are they waiting till the year is up? Warranty kicks in after the first year, but the first year is their responsibility to fix things! So what happens when the 1st year is up? I don’t imagine the warranty is going to cover it! Would really be nice to get something happening!!! Either replace it already, or send her the money for it so she can buy something in its place!
